Andrew Wiltshire

Andrew Wiltshire is Acting Leader of the Conservative Group at City Hall and represents Bowthorpe ward on Norwich City Council.

He has been Conservative Spokesperson for Adult Services and Housing since March 2009 and has worked in Adults & Children’s Services for the last 5 years.
