Bank holiday bins
With two long weekends on the way, the city council’s rearranging when it collects rubbish.
So you don’t miss the bin men, here’s a quick guide to collections over the next 3 weeks.
Starting from Good Friday, the collections will be a day later than normal for a week. From Thursday 28th April, collections will then be 2 days later than usual.
Once the early bank holidays are out the way, collections during the week beginning Monday 9th May will be a day late, until everything reverts to normal for a couple of weeks.
The bank holiday at the end of May will again push back collection days by one day.
