For the first time, the British National Party has a candidate standing for the Norwich South constituency. Len Heather is one of forty candidates standing for the BNP across the East. Paul Morris, the BNP press officer explained why so many are standing on May 6th: “Primarily because we’re getting the support. The more members we have, the more candidates can stand. We find it has a knock-on effect. By having candidates in the general election, it raises the profile of the party in the local area.” The party plans to field candidates in the next local elections in Norfolk.

Len Heather was most recently BNP organiser for Basildon, Wickford and Billericay. I wonder what he knows about Norwich South. Has he ever lived here?
Whilst other candidates for Norwich South have already told us their policies on the local economy and other important concerns, we have heard nothing from Mr Heather at all.
