Countdown to Christmas

The first of the city’s Christmas lights get switched on at Chapelfield tomorrow.

On offer this year, reindeer and donkey rides as well as three live performances on stage.

Sheridan Smith, marketing manager at Chapelfield, said: “The Chapelfield Christmas lights switch-on is a magical evening for everyone who comes along to enjoy the fun and get in to the festive spirit. In particular we have planned the evening with families and children in mind; so there is something appropriate happening for kids of all ages. ”

The switch-on at 6.30pm marks the beginning of late night opening hours at Chapelfield. For more information, go to the Chapelfield website.
