As Managing Director of Innovation & Enterprise Hubs for Norfolk County Council, Simon Coward manages two key enterprise hubs.

One is at Hethel Engineering Centre (HEC) for the advanced engineering & manufacturing sector, and one is at EPIC, for the creative digital sector.

Both are focused on growing the knowledge economy through collaborative innovation, sector focused economic development and business demand driven skills training.
